Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it is processed immediately.
Please make sure all details (items, shipping address, payment method) are correct before completing your purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
If you are unsure about an item, feel free to contact us before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us at contact@ladysessentials.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the case.
We reserve the right to refuse any request made outside the 3-day window.

Refunds

Refunds are only granted in the event of:

  • Orders that arrive damaged or defective

  • Orders with wrong or missing items (verified by our team)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@ladysessentials.com.

Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are not issued for allergic reactions, change of mind, or refusal to accept delivery

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not liable for delays, losses, or returns due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will not be reshipped or refunded.

Risk of Loss

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss or theft is transferred to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Allergic Reactions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
Please carefully read all product details and ingredients before purchasing.

Free Gifts

We may include complimentary gifts during promotional periods.
Each order is eligible for one free gift maximum.
If more are added by mistake, only one will be honored per order.

Shipping Protection

If you choose shipping protection at checkout:

  • The protection fee is non-refundable

  • It only covers lost or damaged packages in transit

  • Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, we are no longer liable
