Standard Shipping Times

United States: 8–12 business days (delivery time may vary by state)

Please note that orders to Hawaii may take longer to arrive due to customs clearance. Delivery may range from 15 to 30 business days.

International Shipping: 5–12 business days, depending on destination country and local customs.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after placing the order.
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.

During periods of high demand, such as holidays or special promotions, order processing may take up to 5 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you do not receive your tracking number or have trouble accessing it, please reach out to us at support@ladysessentials.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Unexpected Delays

While we aim to meet the delivery timelines above, unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Local holidays or weather conditions

Customs & Import Duties

If you are ordering from outside the United States, you may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or other import fees imposed by your local government.

These charges are not collected by Lady’s Essentials and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Import fees are not refundable

  • Refusing a package due to import fees will result in the order being destroyed by customs, and no refund will be issued
